im back!!

I'm back! starting all over again.
i gained weight like never before *sad*

starting weight : 191 lbs
gotta lose 81 lbs in few months *wink wink*

MY NEW GOAL

i dont dare to set my goal yet  since now i dont really recognize hows my body works

but instead of delaying, i will take step of faith to set on my goal. Here it is :D

* lose min 2.2 lbs per week.
* stay eating healthy and no snacking
* try to reduce fried food (omg this will be so difficult! )
* no soda drink or sweet drink,  more water pls!!
* avoid to eat anything that will make me regret it haha!
* i will work harder than ever in 3 month ( feb - april ) i started my diet on april 2011, i will end it by april 2012, my goal is to reach 110 lbs - 120 lbs. i wont be to stict to myself to get 110, i dont want to look like a sick skinny ppl tho :D

i will do my 3 days diet on monday, after that i will do my own diet just like last time =)

today weigh in : 148.8 lbs
gained 0.6 lbs since last time i weighed in :p

my mini goal is still 145!

and im sure i will reach that mini goal very soon!

ITS TUESDAY!!

weighed in this morning : 157.0

this is my breakfast : kellogg's special k berries + apple


lunch : salad ( lettuce, brocolli, carrot, cherry tomato, tuna can in mineral water+ fried onion) + salmon + white eggs


dinner : whey protein shake before n after workout .


* snack : hersey's dark chocolate

Its monday!!

I start fresh, back in the game. im at 157.0 this morning. Im happy!!
I had good food. Not so healthy but its ok since i have no time to prepare food in the morning. 
*Tofu with veggie and peanut spread (? - taste like gado2)
*papaya for snacks salad without dressing, with sweet sour fish and black papper potatoes.
*Plenty of water (1.5 ml)
*1 hour body combat and do some weightlifting to gain muscles.
*Sauna.
and had food craving in the nite so i have some nastars (cookies) and protein milk :L

Tmrw will be better :D
