ITS TUESDAY!!

weighed in this morning : 157.0

this is my breakfast : kellogg's special k berries + apple


lunch : salad ( lettuce, brocolli, carrot, cherry tomato, tuna can in mineral water+ fried onion) + salmon + white eggs


dinner : whey protein shake before n after workout .


* snack : hersey's dark chocolate

HAVE A BLESSED DAY =D

Its monday!!

I start fresh, back in the game. im at 157.0 this morning. Im happy!!
I had good food. Not so healthy but its ok since i have no time to prepare food in the morning. 
*Tofu with veggie and peanut spread (? - taste like gado2)
*papaya for snacks salad without dressing, with sweet sour fish and black papper potatoes.
*Plenty of water (1.5 ml)
*1 hour body combat and do some weightlifting to gain muscles.
*Sauna.
and had food craving in the nite so i have some nastars (cookies) and protein milk :L

Tmrw will be better :D

im not quit!

worst week. ive gained 3 lbs since 2 weeks ago. my weight was 159.2 on thursday :O
i forgot to weigh in on sat, i weigh in sunday morning, im at 158. Thanks God that its moving down.
im actually feel motivated now :D

im still fighting for this , and i wont lose!
i did some weight exercise and feel good about it hehe.
i start to eat healthy food again and i love it :)

i m away from buddyslim for awhile until i lose 10 lbs :)

im not quiting! :D

messed up

Well... this is the time when i messed up. My weight gained, my work, personal life etc. Just feel bored and not motivated at all.
I dont really care about what i eat, but im trying not to think about food all the time. and its kinda work.
I can say that now i have no craving, dont feel like eating. So i just buy any food for my meals. Dont even think about what im gonna buy or what i want to eat. Just nothing.
I want to do exercise, but no time for now. cus i have some work to do.
I really hv no idea and not think about what will happen with my weight.  Will it go down, or stuck? I dont know.
I dont really in buddyslim anymore. I can see ppl with success, and i feel bad about myself because i gained.
Dunno..

Strawberries

An apple a day has been replaced with strawberries -- 37 of them, to be exact. A recent study from scientists at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in San Diego, California, suggests that eating a heaping bowl of the flavonoid-packed fruits every day can keep diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and even cancer at bay.
Published on June 27 in the peer-reviewed journal PLoS ONE, the research reveals that a naturally occurring flavonoid called fisetin (also found in lesser degrees in other fruits and veggies) is found most abundantly in strawberries and packs a mighty punch at fending off diseases.

In the study, researchers fed Akita mice the equivalent of 37 strawberries a day for a human. The mice, genetically afflicted with high blood sugar, showed a reduction in medical diabetes symptoms and inflammatory activity linked to cancer, and the study also concluded that the fisetin-rich diet protected neurons in the brain to help prevent Alzheimer's disease.

Earlier research supports the findings that strawberries preserve brain function by reducing the cell-damaging inflammation and oxidation that accompanies age-related diseases. Scientists from the Chicago Healthy Aging Project revealed that older adults who consume strawberries at least once a month have less cognitive decline, and that women who consumed more than one serving of strawberries a month had a 16.2 percent slower rate of mental decline than those who consumed less.
