Get back in track !

I need to get back on track. i was craving for anything and was definetely ate everything lol.
I didnt drink much water, maybe only 3-4 cups a day. I had late dinner and was snacking. and i was super duper lazy to go for exercise. last time i went for exercise is almost a week ago xD

I really need to get back in track. This is what i should do, and i started it today.
1. drink min 8 cups of water
2. dinner - before 6 pm
3. plan my meals everyday, and dont eat something that out of my plan xD
4. no more lazy for exercise xD

I usually loss 2-4 lbs in a week.In the early week i had loss 2+ lbs but since i ate a lot, i gained more than the loss lol.
I still hv few days to the weigh in day ( i weigh in on Saturday). Im really hoping that i will have good result this week, cus im worried about next week . Today is already mid-week, im not lose any pounds . so sad :(
And next week i  will off for holiday with friends from 22-26 May. Holiday + friends = eat eat eat eat! Oh No!! may God bless me xD
