I dont know anymore whats happening to my body. I did double my exercise, i add my protein, drink more water, but the scale is not moving.
im at 156.6 still. still gained 0.4 lbs from last week.
So sad, its the end of the week. and tomorrow is the weigh in time.
am i hitting the plataeu? or TOM is the reason? or my body retaining water? no idea T.T
i hope my body can get back to normal. its still long way to go for me. im not even reach a half of my goal :(
and im looking forward for myself on august, cus im gonna go back hometown and meet mom.

T.O.M is here
well... my TOM is here. maybe thats one of the reason my weight gained and stop losing.
yesterday i joined body combat class, i wa sweating like hell. not because of the movements but because of the air con wasnt work properly. it definitely HOT! lol!!
And after class i did sauna.
i had an apple late nite.
This morning i weighed in, 156.6 . Yayy down 1 pound from yesterday. But still hv another 0.4 pound to maintain from last week :(
i was hoping to reach my mini goal this week. but it seems like it wont happen :(
Well, now its Thursday. Weigh in would be on Sat. 2 more days to go. i dont know if i can lose some weight, or maintain?

Well.. my weight has been stuck here for few days. i think i need to break something. Maybe change my eating habit, or change my workout.
I read my friend's blog about her great loss, and its because of running!
Running its something that i dont like to do -.-
but maybe i should give it a try.
like my bro always says, running is the best exercise.

Hmm..
well.. i was hoping for the good start this week to weight loss again. I was so exciting. But its always a problem :L
i woke up this morning, showered, and had my breakfast. i went into the scale, and the number shocking me. its 157.6 . i gained 1.4 in just 1 day ... i know usually i will weigh in before i have my breakfast. But usually after breakfast, i wont gain until 1.4 lbs :L
i dont understand what is wrong with me. i ate normally and did workout last nite (i dont use to work out on monday nite). and its gained :L
well... im quite disappointed.
Lets see what happened tmrw morning when i weigh in again. Hope it will go down :L

New Challenge!! =D
ive lost 28 lbs so far, still hv 46 lbs to go to my goal. its not gonna be easy, but i think as long as im in track, and not quit. i will be able to reach my goal someday. i have no idea how long it will takes. because i might have my pleateu ( i hope not) . and what i need is to push myself harder or maybe just rest my body for a while when my pleateu is here.
but im not gonna do my old mistakes for sure. Last time i let my body rest and i was feeling okay if i eat whatever i want for 1-2 times. and without i realised, it became a habit for me. thats why i gained weight again :L
well.... i sign up for another weight loss challenge. what we need to do is to weigh in once a month (on the 23rd sg time)
so, this is my starting weight and goals :
*starting weigh 156.2 lbs
*july 23 : 147 lbs
*aug 23 : 138 lbs
*sep 23 : 129 lbs
The challenge will end on 23rd Sept.

My Everyday Healthy Breakfast
This is my everyday breakfast. i can say it healthy, what do you think?
it contain kellog's frosties, papaya and skimmed milk. i finally found skimmed milk, i've been looking for that and finally found it. its from Greenfields. Its more healthy and low calories than non fat milk (for 100ml non fat non flavoured milk = 50 cals. for 100 ml skimmed milk = 30 cals)
Why i choose frosties? i dont really count cals on it, i just like the taste xD i just take 2-4 spoons, so it will be ok. Papaya? yes it is healthy, and i love it sooo much =D and sometimes i add banana or strawberry too =D
its yummmmmy ....
ps. remember to use small bowl, never use the large one :)

week 10 - result
its been a tough week. i've been maintaining till half of the week, and thanks God that i finally managed to lose some pounds. Its 2.8 lbs loss, im at 159.6 now. so happy for that, and i will work harder on it =D
i ate more veggies and drink more water, and do regular exercises. and it moving down :p

i need to push myself harder!
Its been half of this week. my weight didnt move down .and its killing me!!
i know i've been lazy to exercise for the past few days. i didnt do any exercise until now, i only did swimming on monday :L and feeling weak since monday until now :L i've been eating normally, but i have to admit that i ate less veggie and fruit, and less water..
i think i need to push my self harder on cardio. i need to do exercise that can burn calories more. eat more veggies and fruits, and drink more water :)
i realised that swimming is good to gain muscle esp for my flabby upper arms and thight. i will do it when im ready to shape my body. but for now my concern is how to lose weight.
I hope my weight will start moving down :L

im moving to the right direction =D my loss for this week is : 3.2 lbs. so happy for that.

Funny Feeling
i have funny feeling when i see myself getting smaller. when i weigh in and see my weight down. when i try my old clothes and its to big for me now.
i see myself now, still so flabby here and there, some clothes still not fit,when i see picture of me and friends, im still the biggest among us. i dontok good in some clothes. still not easy to find my size when im looking for clothes. etc.
i can say that i feel satisfy with the progress, but in other side i know that its not enough. i still want to get rid fat in my body.
i really want to be slim and healthy, looks good in any clothes, easy to find my size and not the biggest among my friends xD

Here are some events that become motivation for me to lose weight :
1st July : nothing but i wish my second mini goal (154 lbs) will be reached by this date
*target : 154 lbs (-13.2)
25 Aug : im going back to see mom. i want to make surprise for her, cus the last time i met her it was when i was in my heaviest :O
*target : 145 lbs (-22.2)
26 Now : my bro's bday. i hope i alrady slimmm. haha.. so i can eat a lot at the bday dinner party lmao. nothing about this but i dun dare to eat a lot in front of them while im fat xD
16 Dec : Its my Bday! i wish i already reach my goal on my bday, it will be the best feeling ever hehehe...
and i want to eat my cake without feeling guilty lol xD
Jan 2012 : my best friend will come to visit moi. its been ages i never see her hahaha. i want her to see me slim. last time i met her i was around 143 lbs. i dont her to see me fatter than that lmao xD
i hope i will find nice guy to be my husband soon lmao.
