Its been half of this week. my weight didnt move down .and its killing me!!
i know i've been lazy to exercise for the past few days. i didnt do any exercise until now, i only did swimming on monday :L and feeling weak since monday until now :L i've been eating normally, but i have to admit that i ate less veggie and fruit, and less water..
i think i need to push my self harder on cardio. i need to do exercise that can burn calories more. eat more veggies and fruits, and drink more water :)
i realised that swimming is good to gain muscle esp for my flabby upper arms and thight. i will do it when im ready to shape my body. but for now my concern is how to lose weight.
I hope my weight will start moving down :L
