well... my TOM is here. maybe thats one of the reason my weight gained and stop losing.
yesterday i joined body combat class, i wa sweating like hell. not because of the movements but because of the air con wasnt work properly. it definitely HOT! lol!!
And after class i did sauna.
i had an apple late nite.
This morning i weighed in, 156.6 . Yayy down 1 pound from yesterday. But still hv another 0.4 pound to maintain from last week :(
i was hoping to reach my mini goal this week. but it seems like it wont happen :(
Well, now its Thursday. Weigh in would be on Sat. 2 more days to go. i dont know if i can lose some weight, or maintain?
