Well.. my weight has been stuck here for few days. i think i need to break something. Maybe change my eating habit, or change my workout.
I read my friend's blog about her great loss, and its because of running!
Running its something that i dont like to do -.-
but maybe i should give it a try.
like my bro always says, running is the best exercise.
well.. let see ..
and running is a hell for me hahhehe xD
