I dont know anymore whats happening to my body. I did double my exercise, i add my protein, drink more water, but the scale is not moving.
im at 156.6 still. still gained 0.4 lbs from last week.
So sad, its the end of the week. and tomorrow is the weigh in time.
am i hitting the plataeu? or TOM is the reason? or my body retaining water? no idea T.T
i hope my body can get back to normal. its still long way to go for me. im not even reach a half of my goal :(
and im looking forward for myself on august, cus im gonna go back hometown and meet mom.
