This is my everyday breakfast. i can say it healthy, what do you think?
it contain kellog's frosties, papaya and skimmed milk. i finally found skimmed milk, i've been looking for that and finally found it. its from Greenfields. Its more healthy and low calories than non fat milk (for 100ml non fat non flavoured milk = 50 cals. for 100 ml skimmed milk = 30 cals)
Why i choose frosties? i dont really count cals on it, i just like the taste xD i just take 2-4 spoons, so it will be ok. Papaya? yes it is healthy, and i love it sooo much =D and sometimes i add banana or strawberry too =D
its yummmmmy ....
ps. remember to use small bowl, never use the large one :)
